From 1986 and for a present time works in-patient unit of pulmonology of this institute. In 1999 defend a thesis. In 2003 appointed a senior research worker. In 2005 got the rank of associate professor. I have a higher qualifying category on pediatrics.
Wrote and published 53 scientific researches.
My interests
Always interested in the untraditional methods of treatment by homeopathy, phytotherapy, method of Folly. In 2008 completed L.Savina’s Master Class on numerology (numerology and love, numerology and business, numerology and conception, numerology and square of Pythagoras, numerology and prognostication, Chinese numerology, card of birth, extended square of Pythagoras ). In the course of two years practice in this area, consulted about 300 persons.

Main for Volodymyr Cyganenko is museum dealing, popularization of history power engineering development. Under his guidance first in Ukraine the site "Museum of power subject of Ukraine» was created (so far it activity in Intranet of company). It enables to carry history of development of energy of Ukraine and world energy to every worker of Kyivenergo. In 2005 year at active participation of Cyganenko was created and operates in four halls "History of development of Kyivenergo" museum exposition . Wrote over 150 articles from history of power enginceering, about prominent scientists - electrical engineers and power engineering specialists, about the use of the newest technologies in energy of our time and modern information technologies on museum business. With his transactions is possible to familiarize in the different public, a particular branch editions and in the Internet.
